The Coffee Mate is an international omnichannel retailer for coffee and coffee machines, operating in Europe under locally created names in each market. We focus on extraordinary sales experience and high quality production.
We are rapidly growing and we are looking for a strong colleague who will help us to expand sales, enhance customer service and boost our abilities in competitive markets, or in other words – mate with a desire to improve and grow in our team.
- Manage every aspect of our expanding coffee & coffee machine omnichannel in Latvia;
- Recruit the very best talent in this market;
- Plan and coordinate training programs to build a strong, result-driven team;
- Collaborate with local businesses to acquire all necessary resources and services;
- Network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships;
- Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained;
- Ensure excellent service system and maintain high customer service standards;
- Adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity.
- Master’s degree, MBA or other relevant field, strongly preferred;
- At least 5 years of work experience in management in international business setting;
- Fluent in Latvian, English and Russian;
- Exceptionally well organizational and outstanding negotiating skills;
- Analytical thinking with superior problem-solving skills;
- Nature of leader who inspires and motivates those around him/her.
